With over 30 years experience in the timber frame and house building industry, Stuart Rennie heads up Lomond Timber Frame from our state of the art technical and production facility in Glenrothes, Fife. Coming from an architectural background, Stuart is well placed to help clients considering a bespoke design for their new individual home.
Phillip C Ritchie, Director
Phillip is Chief Executive of Lomond Group, overseeing the growth of the fast expanding Lomond Business Park and the sister companies within the group. Phillip was awarded Director of the Year in 2007 by the Institute of Directors (I.o.D.) in Scotland, acknowledging his achievements in creating a successful business and its contribution to the Fife & Scottish economy.
Grant Ritchie, Director
Heading up our construction division, Grant is managing director of Lomond Homes. Grant's considerable experience in the construction industry is invaluable when looking after the needs of our clients, whether they are individuals proposing a bespoke family home, or a corporate client considering a design and build project such as a nursing home, doctors surgery, new office block etc.
